I paint oil sometimes
but it takes me two mornings.

I am thinking I can pick
up his ways of painting
and do it quicker.
I can't paint oils indoors as
I have lung trouble to bad.

I threw in this watercolor just to have a
chance to show it. I painted it
on pearlized paper to make it
glow.

Time to post my daily painting

I have already started working on tomorrow.

It would be really nice if you would comment on my paintings as I like input good or bad. We are going to write an herb book soon I do some of the paintings but my daughter does the writing. She is an artist also and better than me but we both like to paint. She likes acrylics and I don’t enjoy them as much as the other paints. So we are a good match as she can do the acrylics. I am starting to past from my word so my spelling won’t be so bad. That is my daughter’s thing writing. But this is my blog. Hope you can stand my illiteracy. I’m hoping the word perfect will work for me in the meantime as she has her blog and thinks I should be able to take care of mine.

Swans at the Zoo

The color has been darkened for this picture but I like it looking like twilight time.

One of my all time favorite songs.

I hope you enjoy the photo of my watercolor which is quite large and took a long time to paint in transparent water color.

which is sad. They posed for me.

Hi I am not going to leave these on
very long as they are not very good.
But I enjoy putting them in my computer so I will show them to you,
The good scans and the bad ones. My
daughter has a expensive camera and I will have her take pictures so you can see the whole picture instead of just what shows on the scanner. I can't really get the best parts of the picture on with the scanner. And the color is not right either as the picture isn't straight.

Good morning,
I wanted to post this painting of the wetlands.
I enjoyed doing this oil painting.
It is very beautiful here.
There was a duck I have never seen before and I wanted to get a photo of it but I never did. Hopefully it will be here next year with friends. That is why they created this wet land.
